Full flavoured burst of melon, pear and apple with a soft clean finish.
Winemaking
Machine harvested in the cool of the night prior to the heat wave that occurred late in the ripening season. We crushed, chilled and fermented the juice at controlled temperatures in the cool cellar. The wine was bottled after filtration to retain vibrant fruit depth.
Cellaring
Made to drink upon release while the fruit is at its most fresh and vibrant.
